Core Responsibilities

  • Configure laptops, iPads, iPhones, and related peripherals according to documented, customer-specific build processes, including device enrollment and management via Microsoft Intune.
  • Manage your daily workload through ServiceNow, including retrieving assigned tickets, following build instructions, and providing clear, timely status updates on progress, delays, shipping, and asset assignments.
  • Conduct quality control reviews on all completed builds to verify accuracy and adherence to documented standards.
  • Prepare, package, and ship equipment - including laptops, desktops, iPads, iPhones, monitors, keyboards, docking stations, and other peripherals - to end users.
  • Escalate any build deviations or process ambiguities promptly and appropriately.
  • Perform incoming equipment inspections (“shell checks”) to assess warranty repair eligibility.
  • Coordinate warranty repairs with manufacturers such as Lenovo and Dell.
  • Support the Asset Management Team with routine inventory audits of depot stock.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; some college coursework is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a hardware depot, IT support, or similar technical environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or other MDM platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to read, follow, and apply process documentation consistently.
  • Clear, professional written communication skills for ticketing system updates.
