Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Veeva CRM consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and integrating Veeva CRM solutions to enhance our business processes. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Veeva CRM applications, as well as managing integrations with other systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Customize Veeva CRM:
- Design and implement custom Veeva CRM solutions and configurations to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Veeva Vault integrations and functionality.
- Integration Management:
- Implement and manage integrations between Veeva CRM and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Marketing Automation).
- Utilize APIs and middleware tools for seamless data exchange and synchronization.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT) to gather requirements and provide technical support.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
- Testing and Documentation:
- Perform unit and system testing to ensure quality deliverables.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and integration workflows.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with Veeva CRM enhancements and best practices to recommend improvements.
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Veeva CRM or in a similar role.
- Proven experience with Veeva CRM implementations and customizations.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Veeva CRM configuration, including managing objects, fields, and user interfaces.
- Strong experience with integration tools and technologies (APIs, middleware).
- Familiarity with SQL, XML, and data mapping concepts.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Veeva Vault and Veeva Network.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Certification in Veeva CRM or related technologies is a plus.
