Job Description
We are seeking a Tester / QA Analyst to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of DATAstream analytics, dashboards, and data pipelines. This role will focus on data validation, report testing, and ensuring solutions meet business and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate DATAstream Loads, BI dashboards, reports, and datasets for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data quality checks using SQL and predefined business rules.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to identify and resolve defects.
- Perform regression testing for enhancements and releases.
- Ensure compliance with documentation and audit requirements.
- Support UAT activities with business stakeholders.
Technical Skills
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.
- Experience testing Power BI and Tableau dashboards.
- Understanding of data warehousing and reporting workflows.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA or similar).
- Knowledge of pharma / life sciences data processes is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in BI, data, or analytics testing roles.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Experience working with distributed teams.
